| Creamy Crab Dip |
Ingredients
8 – 12 oz crab meat*
4-6 canned jalapeno rings
1/3 red pepper
1 celery stick
1/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 ounces cream cheese, room temp
3 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Tabasco or Sriracha, optional
Enjoy with crackers, bagel crisps or tortilla chips
Instructions
Chop crab meat. Thinly chop pepper, celery and jalapenos.
In a bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, garlic, lightly salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to be enjoyed.
