Ingrèdiènts:

• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 èggs
• 3/4 cup flour
• 2 tablèspoons unswèètènèd cocoa powdèr
• 2 tablèspoons granulatèd sugar
• 1/2 tèaspoon vanilla
• pinch salt

Chocolate Crepes

Dirèctions:

1. In a largè bowl or bowl of a stand mixèr, whisk togèthèr milk, èggs, flour, cocoa powdèr, sugar, vanilla and salt on mèdium spèèd until smooth.
2. Transfèr bowl to rèfrigèrator and lèt sit 30 minutès.
3. Pour ¼ to ½ cup battèr onto hèatèd pan.
